According to a new report, Blizzard will be losing several high profile staff members in the coming weeks over issues with the studio’s morale, which have been persistent for several months. Recently, Nate Nanzer, formerly the Overwatch League’s commissioner, announced he would be leaving Blizzard to work at rival company Epic Games, likely to lend his expertise to games like Rocket League and Fortnite. Blizzard’s reputation has taken a hit over the last half a year or so, with many pointing to the ill-timed introduction of Diablo Immortal as a microcosm for the company’s inability to understand its fans....

Hideo Kojima and his studio Kojima Productions seem to already be pre-planning their next video game project. The studio will be launching its first title, Death Stranding, on November 8 exclusively for PS4. Kojima announced that he would be reforming Kojima Productions as an independent studio alongside Sony Interactive Entertainment in December of 2015. It’s worth mentioning that Death Stranding is being published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, and the game is using Horizon Zero Dawn developer Guerrilla Games’ Decima Engine....

An Australian high school student repeatedly hacked into Apple servers, succeeding in downloading 90GB of what were described as ‘secure files.’ The teenage boy also reportedly accessed customer accounts … The Age reports that the hacks began when the boy – who cannot be named for legal reasons – was 16 years old and continued for some time.
