Hot Toys has unveiled its new hyper-realistic Luke Skywalker figure joining the ranks with other Star Wars characters like Han Solo, Princess Leia and Obi Wan Kenobi. The toy company is based in Hong Kong and is known for developing highly detailed collectibles to worldwide markets for various fandoms including DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Disney and, of course, Star Wars. Although this is not the first figure of Luke that Hot Toys has made - there is a A New Hope figure, an exclusive stormtrooper disguise version and a The Force Awakens version - this is the first Jedi Knight version of the famed Star Wars hero from Return of the Jedi....

A New York jury has found former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein guilty of rape in the third degree and criminal sexual acts in the first degree, ending a trial that acted as the kickstarter of the #MeToo movement. During the seven-week trial, the Manhattan court heard testimony from six accusers, but four of those accusers’ cases were outside the statute of limitations in New York. Instead, the court used the testimonies from other accusers to provide a pattern of behavior for the prosecution’s case....

Michael Pick, whose nickname is The Casual Engineer, has created a home-built “MacBook Mini” that he calls the world’s smallest MacBook… It’s not a Hackintosh. It’s actually running an OS called iRaspbian, but it does give a pretty convincing impression of macOS at first glance. The machine runs on a Raspberry Pi 4, and Pick has successfully run Chrome on it. Tom’s Hardware explains more about iRaspbian. For the hardware, Pick goes back in time a little, opting for a MagSafe connector and a glowing Apple logo....

In response to growing concerns about AirTag and the Find My network being used for unwanted tracking and stalking, Apple has announced a handful of changes coming over the course of this year. House of Cards star Robin Wright is finally talking about the recent shake-up at the hit Netflix show. The controversy stems from sexual misconduct allegations against Kevin Spacey, who headlined the first five seasons as ambitious politician Frank Underwood. The accusations started in October when actor Anthony Rapp claimed Spacey made advances toward him. Rapp was only 14 at the time. By December, Netflix had fired Spacey ahead of the series’ sixth and final season....

Since the introduction of Android 4.4 KitKat, Immersive Mode has been highlighted as one of its new features. The idea is that once you launch a full-screen app, the keys will automatically hide, and can be brought back with a simple swipe from the bottom. Sounds great, right? Verizon once tried to add Siri’s technology to Droid smartphones long before Apple purchased the voice assistant app, according to a recent report by The Huffington Post. The carrier inked a contract with the startup in 2009 to bring its functionality to devices, and it even went ahead and filmed commercials for the pre-installed product (Tipsters? Send it to us!). Then, Apple bought Siri. The deal with Big Red immediately went bust, as Apple now owned the rights to what has since become one of the iPhone’s most famous features and subsequently stopped the competition from adding the app to their devices....

There hasn’t been a Constantine season 2 after the show was cancelled on NBC, but it would be a smart move for DC to greenlight one after Legends of Tomorrow season 4. Although John Constantine’s series failed on network TV, trenchcoat-clad occultist remained so popular he jumped to a completely different show - The CW’s Arrow - and was later made into a series regular on Legends of Tomorrow. Now, it’s time for The CW to start thinking about John Constantine’s future - and that means reviving his solo series for a season 2 when his time on the Waverider ends....

While Hitman 2 has offered up expansive destinations like Miami and the jungles of Columbia that are fairly unique to this entry in the franchise. The fifth mission, however, is a bit of a throwback to the 2006 Hitman: Blood Money mission “A New Life,” taking place in the suburbs of the Whittleton Creek community. Perhaps as a nod to that classic mission, one of the main missions for Hitman 2’s Whittleton Creek location is titled “Another Life” and involves Agent 47 assassinating a man named Janus, who used to work for the Providence organization....

The sequel to the 2017 film The Hitman’s Bodyguard, The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard, casts veteran actors Richard E. Grant and Antonio Banderas. In 2019, Grant received an Oscar nomination for his supporting performance in Can You Ever Forgive Me?, while Banderas received a 2018 Golden Globe nomination for portraying Pablo Picasso in National Geographic’s Genius. Directed by Australian filmmaker Patrick Hughes, The Hitman’s Bodyguard stars Ryan Reynolds as the titular character Michael Bryce....

After multiple appearances in the larger Fast & Furious franchise, Leitch was put in charge of bringing a spinoff movie starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Luke Hobbs and Jason Statham’s Deckard Shaw to the screen.
