Go to https://mail.google.com/, enter your e-mail address in the “Forgot password? box, and click the “forgot password?” link. Begin your recovery at https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery.
If you can’t remember your Google account email address, visit Google’s Find My Email page and follow the instructions. You’ll need to be able to provide the full name linked with your account as well as the phone number or recovery email address linked with it.
