To delete your account, go to the Delete Your Account page and click on “Deactivate my account.” You’ll then be prompted to enter your username and password. After you’ve done that, Twitter will ask you for a reason for deleting your account. This is when you’ll enter your reason. Once you’ve done that, Twitter will take you to a page where you can delete your account or change it from “Deactivate” to “Delete.
